Jocks bully nerds, and as you tower over this 5'3 dweeb you can't help yourself. When you push him around, tease him, mock him though, he shrinks, leading to a feedback loop where it's easier to push him around and there's more to mock.

Before long he's a puny, very squishable size, and clearly afraid for his life.

You make it clear how you view his shrunken size and mock him for being nothing more than a speck to the world now, but you won't squish him if he passes one of two tests: he can stand up while you blow on him in your palm, and he can climb from the floor to your ankle. He fails both, and you relish the little crunch when you squash him and his smart mouth.

Crush is in third person then repeats in POV.
